Empowerment Care Services is a registered NDIS provider with a passion for delivering exceptional care. With over 25 years of combined experience, our management team, case workers, mental health nurses, and support staff are experts in addressing complex needs. Our expertise spans areas such as Alzheimer’s and early-onset dementia, adolescent case management, child protection, forensic mental health, aged care, NDIS complex needs support, and Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC). We are dedicated to providing personalized care that empowers individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Our Unique Support Approach

ECS stands out for its client-centred and strength-based approach to care. We develop and implement individualised care plans that align with the participants’ goals, needs, and case objectives. By working in partnership with critical agencies, we ensure that our support is targeted to meet the specific needs of participants, addressing their therapeutic and supervision requirements.

Our staff are trained to provide appropriate responses to the unique challenges participants face, and we focus on empowering individuals by leveraging their skills, interests, and abilities. We also support maintaining healthy family connections and cultural needs, fostering an environment where participants feel safe and supported.
